Missouri just as good for travelling as far away places

Missouri is known as the Show-Me State, and although the exact origins of this odd term are as varied as they are uncertain, there certainly is much that the state of Missouri has to show tourists, both local and out-of-state alike. During these times of recession, when distant travel is prohibitive, now might be the time for Missourians to turn their attention to destinations closer to home.
